What are the correct steps in placing an order?

  • You may either "Shop By School" or "Shop By Product."
  • After selecting the item you would like to purchase, enter the quantity, color, and size you prefer.
  • Then click on the "Add To Cart" button.  You can continue shopping or you can go straight to checkout.  Simply click check out and follow the prompts for an easy, hassle free checkout!
  • You will receive an email confirmation of your order after you checkout.

Inbound phone calls are not available for Customer Service at this time. However, if you email us support@collegebabyshop.com and would like to schedule a call with one of our representatives to order; we will be glad to help assist in the ordering process from 9:00am – 4:00pm EST daily (except holidays) Eastern Standard Time.

Will I be notified if an item is on backorder?

Yes, CollegeBabyshop.com will notify you by email if an item you have ordered is on backorder. CollegeBabyShop.com does everything possible to maintain its inventory and be ready to ship. If this situation does arise, you will only be charged for the items that are shipped.

A representative from CollegeBabyShop.com will contact you via email to inform you when the item is in stock and you will decide whether or not to proceed with the backorder shipment.

What forms of payment are accepted?

CollegeBabyShop.com only accepts payment by the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

We also accept payment by CollegeBabyShop.com Gift Cards.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Please note that if you do not have a credit card, any Debit Card or an ATM card with the MasterCard or Visa logo is acceptable. Only one credit card can be used per transaction and the credit card billing address must be in the same country as the ship to address.

We do not ship to addresses outside the United States. We do not accept PayPal.

When will my credit card be charged?

How long will it be before I can expect my order to be delivered?

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days that are received before 12:01 pm Eastern Standard Time after payment verification. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number after your order has been processed.

I want to purchase from you but I do not see the college I am looking for under "Shop by School", will you add my school to your website?

If I receive an item from CollegeBabyShop.com as a gift and would like to return it for a different item or refund, how do I go about doing so?

You may return or exchange your purchase only within 14 days of receipt by you. Please contact our Customer Service Department within 14 days from delivery by email at support@collegebabyshop.com.

If I received an incorrect order or a defective item, what procedure should I follow?

Within 14 days from receipt of shipment, please take a photograph of the defective item and email the image to support@collegebabyshop.com; one of our friendly customer support agents will correspond with you to quickly resolve the error on our part. We are human, accidents rarely happen from time to time. 

Does CollegeBabyShop.com issue refunds on returns and how many days do I have until I can no longer return an item?

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Process

We are sorry to hear that a product you have purchased from CollegeBabyShop.com needs to be returned. We know what a hassle this can be, so we have designed our returns process to be as easy as possible.

Please contact customer service via email: support@collegebabyshop.com to begin the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process of returning or exchanging any item.

Before beginning the RMA process of returning your items, please have your invoice number, account email address and the product(s) handy.

If you are not happy with your CollegeBabyShop.com purchase, we will accept a return for a refund or an exchange for the same product or another product, subject to the following conditions:

  • You may return or exchange your purchase only within 14 days of receipt by you.

  • All products must be returned in the condition you received with all original tags attached. UNWORN and NOT WASHED. Any items received by CollegeBabyShop.com in any other condition will not be exchanged or credited but will be returned to you upon payment by you of the shipping fee designated by CollegeBabyShop.com.

  • Place product(s) to be returned in a padded envelope along with the RMA number written clearly on the outside of the package with a black marker. RMA numbers are only assigned to you through correspondence with Customer Service via email at: support@collegebabyshop.com.

  • Please note that it takes 5 to 8 business days to process returns once they arrive at our location. Upon receipt of your return, we will initiate the refund process. Typically funds take about 3 business days to reappear back onto your card. You will receive an e-mail from CollegeBabyShop.com confirming your refund has been processed.

  • Original shipping costs are not refundable. Return and exchange shipping costs are your responsibility. As a convenience, we will email you a pre-paid label after we charge your credit card a flat rate fee of $5.99 for the shipping label. CollegeBabyShop.com will, however, pay the return shipping costs/fees if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item).

  • Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.

  • Enclose a copy of the order receipt, packing slip, or invoice. We will credit for the product only once received.

  • All returns will only be credited to the original purchasing credit card number.

Item must be unworn with all original tags attached. Shipping charges on returns are at the purchaser’s expense. Shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.

I am unsatisfied with my worn (and/or washed) merchandise. Can I return it for a refund?

Where do I mail returns?

After the customer initiates a request for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request, you will receive an RMA#. One of our customer service representatives will email you a return label you can print off and attach to the package being returned, please clearly write on the package with a black marker your RMA#.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, click on Gift Cards and you can send $10, $15, $20, $25, $50, $75, or $100 gift cards to anyone! The gift card will be delivered to your recipient’s e-mail inbox with the e-mail address you provide.
